It was an honor for Marc to meet with Mr. Chen, the Deputy Director of Taiwan Taipei economic and cultural office, in Chicago with Robert Yi Lee and Andrew Carver. They had a great discussion on helping Southern Illinois University of Carbondale gain more Taiwanese students from Taiwan high schools and Universities through partnerships and scholarship opportunities.
